I'm not convinced it's consolidation.  Look at the grouped trades below.  Is that selling or MM's dumping vapor shares into the OS and bringing the bid down to .037. Shouldn't we have the buyers we had yesterday on a consistent basis? Where are they or was that temporary? Where's the news to bring the general public into the stock and not just clubs through contacts? Where's the 10mm daily volume on a consistent basis? TECO is slow to move and I'm not convinced the PPS will hold these levels over the manipulation.  I'm asking rhetorically of course.
