IMO those red paint jobs are not sales! IMO they also aren't mom and pop shorters. This is double dilution Naked Short Selling going into effect by desperate hedgefunds.  They are digging themselves a deeper hole but TECO needs to step up the production rates and that will take months at the rate they move.  I just hope something is in the works near term or we might drift back down.
