See the action in red below.  IMO all this red consists of the hedgies throwing in vapors shares to lower the PPS and paint the tape red.  They don't want to bring TECO up to the 4's.  In my opinion and I've said this before; we need 10mm in volume and consistent days worth to really run.  That brings up the question; what will bring in the volume? I don't want to hear that recent volume is a healthy "general public" volume.  This BBC stock club or a few Texas individuals  might do some good for a day or two but IMO who gets recruited for the next leg up?  We have two wells pumping some amount of ongoing oil.  Who knows if the BPD has gone up or down and I question if we will ever know ongoing BPD if it goes down but my bet is we will be told if it goes up or stays constant.  I wonder if only qty 2  wells the general public can DD in combination with nothing else but Belize rumor and other speculations  will be enough to overcome the manipulation?  IMO what took us from 2's to 3's was a stock club, personal friends and  Texas buyers and of course some general mom and pop sprinkled in.  What happens when the club and Texas has stopped buying?  IMO the PPS requires a major catalyst and a PR campaign associated with it to overcome the ongoing manipulation and TECO is historically weak when it comes to that so the MM's, brokers, and hedgies all keep playing with TECO at shareholders expense.  What would the PPS be now without the NSS and manipulation?
