The Company currently owns concessions and leases covering approximately 120,000 acres in Romania, this acreage encompasses six existing oil and gas fields. All of the fields have significant undrained and undeveloped oil and gas reserves. The company plans to drill one new well in each of three fields in Romania, and participate in two new wells in the two fields operated by Amromco (Bordei Verde Vest and Nadlac Fields). In addition, one existing well will be recompleted in the Catrunesti Field, and work will commence on repairing or replacing the existing pipeline in the Alexandria Block.
