I've heard nothing but vacillating comments on the IFlop. It appears most are frustrated with Willy but fall short of any concrete action despite having stacks of information that may or may not bode poorly for Willy and co.With no notable assets and questionable concessions, I'm not sure what a lawsuit will generate anyway. I don't have to wait until 30 June or August to eventually be given a later date for the inevitable. I subscribe to the school of searay and agree with the importance of keeping people informed of the one way cash flow funnel schemes of the slick one.
