?We are very pleased that our first title is approaching its T.V. air date. It creates a renewed interest as we continue to sell the film. This is very important as we develop our new lineup of films for 2013/2014.? says Ed Sylvan, CEO of Sycamore. He goes on to say ? In response to numerous inquiries regarding the current shares and float count, we want to state that as of the opening of trading today, the current shares structure is as follows: 410,750,465 shares issued and outstanding and 235,223,610 in the float.  Going forward, we will be updating the share structure information on a weekly basis.?
