It looks to me as if there are going to be 100 shares offered at $10.00 per share by NITE. Our favorite of all creeps in the world has stepped forward. Are they 100 that will be shorted by yet again another brave sole ?? Are they 100 offered by someone trying to sneak out the back door by selling small lots ?? Which reminds me. I was expecting someone from the dark-side to accuse me of being the sneak who is sliming his way out the back door. You will not mind  if I ignore them  ????

The fact of the matter is that they are there and will be part of the 55,000 one way or another. Are they $25.00 or 12 1/2 cents per share pre split ?? No they are 5 cents per share. I say 5 cents. (FIVE CENTS).
