Phil, you know I like you and trust your judgment on this security. But if PF is unloading to a prearranged buyer, then that is totally wrong and simply unacceptable. The mere fact that PF may have an inordinate amount of shares to dump far and away exceeds the difference between 4-Mil. prior float and current 14-Mil. float. If you calculate the weekly distribution since 03/01, my calculation is north of 20-Mil. dumped thus far. Something is seriously wrong here my friend and no acknowledgement of same from management is bewildering and quite frankly, beyond any reasonable excuse. This launch has been pushed back and pushed back - meanwhile the dump continues. Management needs to formally acknowledge what is going on. Not to do so is reckless and derelict of ones fiduciary responsibilities.
