TECO is rumored to have 80mm plus NSS shares.  Where will the hedgies and brokers get those FTD certs without buying them from us and when will they start bumping each other for position to purchase those certs?  As far as conventional T+3 shorting and buying back the borrowed;  my bet is many have covered by now.
