They don't want a 4 cent print, let alone a close above 4 cents. That would invite more people to play the breakout. At this point I think it's about stalling the tape as much as possible because based on Friday and Monday tape 4 cents is looking very likely this week.

Another thing, if we go a little higher lets say to a nickel before the end of the week, I think that they will end the month and possibly the quarter with a loss on their books.
