Second: iPoint has entered into a Distribution agreement with ProTek Capital, Inc. (PRPM) to negotiate the distribution of iPoint's TVuer HDMI Smart Stick into electronic stores. PRPM will fund manufacturing of hardware and delivery to the 'Big Box' stores such as Best Buy, Walmart, Target, etc. and negotiate sales contracts of all products.
