They have several live study trials to go through. That will take a little while. The 1st trial appear to be for safety (not kill anyone in Jerry's words). Then efficacy trials after that. I would think that if after the 1st safety trial and the 1st efficacy trial Elite would have the results they need to get their partner. These are small studies. My guess is 1st study results in Oct/Nov and 2nd study results in Feb/March 2014. Then partner talks start in earnest,
