As you mentioned cool;  the 39's are being hard hit and we should see 4's today if this volume continues.  It took longer than I expected for the market to catch up and/or someone is personally promoting TECO with BBC and some other clubs.   I just hope some of this volume is long and not a majority of flippers.  On the other hand nobody has control over shareholder loyalty.
