My pleasure, sir.  Now we have something more current to keep on the radar.  I'll check from time to time.  The last link as I read it is saying a 6-9 month delay from a planned 9/13 start, so that tells us at least a 3-6/14 start, if it even survives as a viable deal.  I may ask Yonghong just for S&G's if they' have considered looking at Mexico vs. Brazil and see if he bites.  Doubtful, but nothing to lose beyond a few internet usage bytes, lol..
