Good post, wer.  Problem is, we don't have enough facts.  We take little pieces of information and try to picture what the puzzle pieces will look like.  The ship is still under construction.  Pieces come out like good results on something or other and we try to guess if this is a pattern.  People with a positive perspective are off to the races.  People with a negative perspective are also off to the races, but in the opposite direction.  Then, there is the rest of us, most with a somewhat positive bent, who are waiting to see how the rest of this saga turns out.  I am a sucker for happy endings so that is what I am looking for.  My biggest question is time frame.  At the 1st of this year, I was thinking that telematics would be coming out about now.  They didn't and there has been a shift in focus to stationary engines.  So, I am now looking, perhaps, out a bit longer.
