tdbowie is a mental case with some vendetta against TECO.  I don't believe this is a shorter trying to maintain gains.  This person might not let up after TECO realizes 1000 BPD.  In this person's mind there will always be something negative to say and they will say it.  I would like to see TECO put this person away or at minimum a restraining order.
