You are correct. These are the numbers that advertisers use to determine the value of the IZ-On network across these platforms.  Because of our deal we get to put our content on that network and get to be in front of those viewers.  We are also beginning a product placement program in our shows and we will use the same numbers to put before advertisers that want to place product in our shows.  So, we get exposure for our shows and revenues.
