How would analysis predict .25 by September since TECO has never had a .25 PPS.  It would be a historical high since the companies inception. I'm predicting .25 on what I know about what the SJ no. 3 will be producing, a short squeeze and ongoing Texas production and other upcoming projects and a penny stock run. It has nothing to do with financial fundamentals or analysis.   Basically it's based on DD and experience I've had with other penny stock runs.  Doesn't matter to me whether .25 hits or not since it's just a prediction so take it with a grain of salt.  If I could accurately predict a stocks PPS two months out then I wouldn't be posting on TECO.  I would be a multi-millionaire and would have nothing to do with these types of risks just to become a multi-millionaire.  This is all in fun just like predicting the BPD of the different projects.   I'm in this stock for another 10-15 years  i.e. $15/share on higher exchanges.  That's where I believe TECO is going and in spite of all my rant's; I've never changed that goal.
