I am not a charter by trade but there were clear support levels and insider buys around the .04-08 levels. Heaviest support around .04  & .07  so govprs on the other boards assessment of .07 is IMO very reachable without a total parabolic explosion to an all time high of .13 and beyond !    Couple that with actual production approaching 3-5 times all previous production & Belize speculation and pending specific oil well plans in Standard and Strobel = We stand to make a shit ton on the PPS ... Factor this in also the dollar value has dropped since the Jan 2012 run so add a couple ticks for that  and this is how I see it

Chances we get to by EOY.04     99%

Chances we get to by EOY .05-.09 90 %\

Chances we get to by EOY.10+  80%

Chances .25 +  is better than 50/50 now   all IMO
