Although GAVIS is traded in INDIA . There is a better chance OWNERS will become MULTI millionaires overnight when this happens.
KALI was acquired for 135M by Par pharmaceuticals when they only had 50 employees/ 45k sq ft facility w/ 5 approved generic drugs.
Now NOVEL has 200+ employees w/ 80k sq ft facility , that is double KALI's @ 11+ generic drugs " 270M".
Add GAVIS 40k sq ft facility + NOVEL = 405 MILLION take over target or
Best move GAVIS + NOVEL = E L I T E ( promising pipeline , only publicly traded co of the THREE ) can we say Reverse merger then wait or a BUYOUT from PAR PHARMACEUTICAL again.
VALUE = close to a 1 BILLION $$$$$ buyout
