INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONVERSION

1. Write a check out to "Island Stock Transfer " for $104 and mail it to:

***DO NOT MAIL YOUR CERTS WITH THE CHECK.

2. Email Kim Whiteside (kwhiteside@islandstocktransfer.com) or provide a note in the letter that includes the following information:

*your current address
*the name you want printed on the common securities
*your SS number OR tax ID (same thing for some)

3. Wait for the shares to come in the mail and for CDFTD to file the S-1 registration.
