Just a quick update for investors, TECO is waiting on the formal written decision from the judge and written news media reports in Belize. However, a stay has been placed on the injunction in the Oceana case (In other words, the judge in Belize has ruled AGAINST Oceana). The written decision will be released on Monday.
TECO will provide more information on this ruling when it becomes available over the next few days. The ruling was given earlier this morning and 'took approximately 1 hour'.
This is a great victory for the Government of Belize. TECO looks forward to continuing its working relationship with the Government while the Company develops its hydrocarbon exploration program.
