Thanks Scott.  I knew you had communicated with Tom and was given the impression that things were going to happen pretty quickly.  Sometimes we are disappointed when they don't; but, I think we have the realization that Tom is inundated with the pressures of his challenge.  But, we're only human.  We have made significant investments here and the only folks hurt by the dilution are the LONGS.  I, for one, are looking for this to change.
