Hi Steve, MD has no notes and is not providing funding to $CYBK. From the recent filing the outside consultant had their contract eliminated in Feb of this year. CYBK has no preferred convertible debt/stock. What we have is a clean shell that is going to see an S-1 filing that rolls in profitable private businesses on the CYBK balance sheet and P&L statements on the audited financials that will be accompanying the S-1. Give Chris a call and he can explain it further for you. If you own stock especially under 10 cents, you will do VERY well here IMO.
