8K/Merger can come any day and at any time in the day.

Hello Thank you for your interest and concern. I cannot comment publicly regarding a merger or acquisition at this time.
Until negotiations are finalized and reported to the SEC and BCSC, I cannot offer any definitive information.
Clearly my goal is to keep current values wholesome and shareholder friendly, while rebuilding the Company.
