So one more time.. You do not have to buy 100 shares of TelVue and you do not have to pay $25.00 per share. You can offer to buy 10 at $10.00 for a total of $100.00. Will you get them ?? I don't know. If not you can raise the price you will pay to $11.00. That way you can find where people will trade.
