u stand corrected..there is NO 54mil to be dumped back into the market. and just to prove there is no dilution the Ceo is currently executing the Buyback which should be completely by july 31st. any ceo who is buying back with doc to prove shows they are re-investing into the company. Any ceo who claims there is buyback with heavy debt is a call to run for the hills. This is NOT the case with KMAG> sorry folks...another untrue story...
