I agree. Clarke should report Pierce to the SEC for violating his agreement with CYBK. It appears to me that Pierce violated SEC rules and has been the seller here. As I said before 99% of the time if there is large selling after a shell changes hands it is the previous management doing the selling. I am positive the selling is not Clarke. The seller who is violating SEC rules is Pierce Fleming IMO and he should be reported to the authorities too.
