Good that they come out and say they didn't have that $2 million.  I wonder why it didn't take place as the company PRed few times about it and then again during the CC.  Who failed who.

The PR didn't talk about $800K financing, why?

So the abs they are working on won't come out anytime soon... but expected this quarter.

The company is moving forward without the $2 million funding by selling shares it seems.

Once again, shares at .0003 just went and NITE absorbed those shares first at bid.

Like I said, one company I have at 3.5 billion shares and last communication was on 2010, yet trading at .0003   this is just sick.
