They are brothers and in the same financial dealing business.  It looks to me like Jim brothers are involved in financial business for a long while now.  Obviously they have money but did they gain the money with honest or crooked activities.  What I can't imagine them doing is to have their names involve in a company at president and ceo level and do funny business with Joe C.    There are a lot more to it than normal stocks out there.  It is obvious that F3 has been a target.  Does F3 have a plan to combat it?
