The 8k may be taken longer than longs may have hoped for...
However more important here is that its beyond any doubt "work in progress" and eventually will get done followed by a subsequent 8k which will be filed.
My superb DD tells me we are closer than ever. Exactly which day the 8k comes will only be known on that day as it should be.
Longs are patient because the potential ROI here can be quite large if the right merger is formed.
