Every time I smell a rally, I get antsy that a large chunk of my TECO holdings (long since May '09) are in the form of a jumbo cert tucked away somewhere.  It's not that I plan to sell, it's that I'd like to know I could if I wanted to.  Has anyone been down this path and found a broker who is willing to accept your cert?  Last time I checked, neither TD or Scott were willing.  At what point will they change their tune??  GO TECO!!
