This company, 3 years ago was very responsible, lots of communication with shareholders.  Increasing O/S was the last thing in their mind.  I think they went over their head 2 years ago and last year spending money promoting a lot of stuff on the road and trade show when FargoTube was not ready.  This is fail in planning and that comes from the top.  Their expenses before was only few thousands a month.    I just sent Frank an email, will see if he replies.
