Equijohn, I think BCAP will "happen" a little later this summer.  I believe I heard someone say that CYBK's investor is BCAP.  See, I'm getting older and I can't remember who I heard that tidbit from.  So, if CYBK takes off, then, that will enhance BCAP's financial viability.
