Seems like a stupid move on Treaty's part. Just for the record I'm not a petitioner, just someone that has a personal beef against them, but if I was the money would be protected from lawsuits. It is really pretty easy for anyone to protect even millions legally from lawsuits. I think Treaty is wasting theirs and shareholder money. But then again Treaty has wasted folks money for a long time, IMO.
