The Form 8-K filed by MINE (Level 5) confirming that they have entered, on June 14, 2013, into a “Brand Management Agreement” with ”Power Brands” to manage the branding, production, marketing, sales and distribution for Level 5 Beverage Company, Inc. is absolutely huge in my opinion. This agreement is absolutely huge because it confirms the direction of the company’s ”next” few moves… branding, production, marketing, sales and distribution!
