so phase I doesn't end the safety question.  what kind of a bump in price would you expect from a decent MTD finding; a few bucks, 10 or so, or a larger amount?

I was hoping for a decent buyout offer after ph1 but I see now why after ph2 the value of the product goes up dramatically.

another item- what kind of time frame do ph2 trials normally take?  If they start at large enough doses, should be not that long compared to ph1.  what would be the endpoints of a ph2, seeing tumor reduction at all, seeing tumor reduction by a certain percentage of original size, total remission of tumor, or others I am missing?
