Bethesda, MD - June 18, 2013 - American Capital Agency Corp. (Nasdaq: AGNC) ("AGNC" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $1.05 per common share for the second quarter 2013. The dividend is payable on July 26, 2013 to common shareholders of record as of June 28, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2013.
