Bull the hearing the petitioners went to was an "Order to Show Cause" to determine why the Proof of Service was not filed with the court. Did the judge just hear that topic specifically or did the judge hear other evidence as to why the petitioners were in Bankruptcy Court? Is Teco going after them for court costs and damages?

I thinking the best defense is an offense and I don't want these boneheads to regroup and continue attempts to bring down the stock/company!
