What I'm saying is that the involuntary BK petition caused irreparable harm (damages) to TECO and that access to capital was lost for a period. Home Office filled in best that it could including some of us putting up capital.

When the limited capital went in,filings had to take a back seat to Belize SJ3 well completion. Now that the BK issue is over, capital has come back and the filings should be in anytime.
