i have been there--trust me--if you are banned--you have to wait till your bann is up unless it is until further notice--if that is the case--you have to pm them and ask them what to do--if you are restricted to one post a day you wait out your term then ask for re-instatement--it sucks but you have to deal with the admins to get back--u can pm whoever banned u by clicking their name--u can pm an admin even if you dont have pm--goodluck
