(VKML-OTCBB) announces on behalf of the Board of Directors that the Company anticipates closing the first of three large mineral assets acquisitions by the end of this week. The Company's management has been in the process of reviewing asset evaluation reports from geologists involved with each project and is awaiting the final results of the evaluation. Once the reports have been reviewed and verified the company will announce the details and value of the first mineral asset acquired.
