so,i think jim lets gtgp just go to heck...but takes the asessets out of gtgp and gives us the same amount of shares we have at the cut off date,my opinion is one day that gtgp stock if done...kaput and the bashers yell hooray! but then jim has a list of shareholders and takes j3 public and us the amount of shares we had in gtgp commons
