I know my hype was in overdrive that day.  I came up with that number by starting with a a break even or CFP for W. Texas since that's what management said Mitchell 3 and 4 would accomplish. Then I backed the companies expenses and overhead, etc  based on their 2012 10K that I didn't have.  That is where I came up with my estimated BPD.  LOL!
