The contract is with us, not JC.  JC has nothing to do with them.   JC has never even spoke to anyone at the company.   I signed that contract March 1, 2012 for IC Places. This was before we bought the punch assets. As soon and we finalize our new logo we will send it to them and they will replace it on their website.
