The iflub trade tape shows 7 mill. Sells at .0001 and 300,000 buy at .0002. I don't have level 2 so I don't know if they are buys for sure but I would think that since nothing is coming off the bid or ask the mms might just be trying to make a market or hiding shares at the bid behind the 10000 share posted bid.
