Reaffirm the debt means he still has a loan on that property (personal loan) not tytan...and after the bankruptcy he still plans to pay on it to keep it...

I do believe the 4k a month you refer to is the rent that is paid to him by tytan.

For one thing this is marks personal bankruptcy...not tytan....and considering all of the cowlitz bank talk and things that have happened...the bankruptcy is tha only move he has left to mkae since they will not accept payments and want it in one lump sum...so the benkruptcy is actually a smart move...

as he has stated several times this was a personal line of credit and nothing to do with tytan...
