The Time To Buy NTEK is NOW. NTEK is at Just at 1 Cent so Buy Now." Then We saw It Go to 2 Cents and Then To Just Over 3 Cents. So NTEK More Than TRIPLES In Approx. 2 Weeks. Are You Still Going To Keep Rubbing Your Eyes and Say This is all Just a Speculative Bubble? Are You Going to say this is Just Irrational Exuberance? Are You Going to Still Continue to treat NTEK Like Its a "Penny Stock"? Are You Going to Continue Pretending that NTEK is Like The "Shell Company" Games With No Real Products or Revenues? Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? Do You Want to Look at the Facts? Do You Want To Awaken Your Senses and Become An NTEK OWNER and Leave The City Of REGRET That You Should Have, Could have, Would have Bought NTEK at .008 Or .01. .02 and On and on. I am here to tell you that IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, Its Hardly Too Late. In Fact NTEK hasnt Even begun to see Anything Close to Near Its Absolutely BEST Days, Best REVENUE Months and Years, BEST Earnings Per Share. NTEK hasn't The BIGGEST CASH INFLOWS. The Best is yet to Come. The Biggest revenues, The Biggest product development and Announcements, the Biggest retail Distribution Outlet Announcements for the NP-1 4K Player and Other GENIUS Cutting Edge Products that Will Enter the Retail Global marketplace by NTEK, The Biggest Nanoflix Channel Media Agreements, The Biggest Apps Via Ntek's Communication Division and On and On. Listen My Friends and All future NTEK Investors and Accumulators Of NTEK. We Have Been Watching NTEK first from the Sidelines and then as Investors and then as Accumulators and then as Holders and Now as Continued BUYERS and HOLDERS and BELIEVERS Of NTEK. We have Seen the Tweets, the Revenue Projections, the Shareholder Letters, the Management team, the new Office Building in California being leased to be in Silicon Valley, the promises being made, the follow through by management both in the small things and the big things, the follow through in consistently reducing outstanding shares and not even announcing these necessarily but just DOING whats best for the Company and whats best for the shareholders and whats in line with the VISION the Company has set for themselves, the work ethic, the transparency and close company communications with the shareholders and on and on and on it goes. So the First thing I would like to say is take a few steps back and look at all the due diligence already been done for you and look at the Reality, the Facts, The ACTUAL RESULTS in Revenues and Product and Partnership Announcements and Other areas where the Company management Has shown the benefits of their Work Ethic, Their Tireless Efforts, their EXECUTION. The Writing has been on the Wall for Months now but whats happening now and becoming more and more REFLECTED in the Price per share as you and I Watch it RISE Day by Day Literally. I Mean its not Crazy UP and DOWN Price Movements Like Normal Penny Stock Companies. Its Been Consistent Leveled Stable day after day BUYING After BUYING after BUYING as the Interest of Investors and their Awareness Level Continues to row with the Price per share. There is a Positive Correlation between Investor Interest level and Price per share of NTEK. In other words the Price of NTEK In no way, shape or form belongs here at these Totally Under Valued levels of Just Over 3 cents. Given the FACTS, The ACTUAL Execution, The Reality of the Revenue Numbers and Partnership and Product and Royalty announcements , Things are becoming Clearer and clearer and Brighter and brighter and brighter and Investors can start to now see more CLEARLY. Its not a Maybe situation anymore. Its not a Guessing game anymore. Its not a What if they don't follow through situation anymore. Its Not a What if there are no Offices, no employees, no real products, No real contracts, No real partnerships Situation anymore. The What if situations and Thinking is Transforming in front of our very own eyes into YES This Is REAL THINKING. Yes These Guys are DEAD SERIOUS At The NTEK management Level. Yes Al Stone and Rudy LX are REALLY Guiding from the Board of Directors Level. Yes ...WOW NTEK Could Become a Multi Million Dollar and then Maybe ...Just Maybe Some Day even a Billion Dollar Company . Listen We can clearly see that Management is executing at every Level. We can see that the revenues went from 37% Over Projected Q1 Figures ( $237,00 ) To The 06-15-13 Announcement at the First Ever shareholders meeting that as of 06-14-13 NTEK has already surpassed their Own Q@ Projected revenue Figure of $740,000 and probably will end up when Q2 Ends at more like at or over $800,000. So I could Speak for literally over an hour on all the Happenings at NTEK Currently and over the last few months BUT My point is to open your eyes and Paint a more REAL Picture for you with a Brush of REALITY FACTS that's we cannot now simply Treat NTEK or PRICE NTEK as a Penny Company. NTEK is not going to remain a penny stock in any sense of the word and that includes PRICE. We Know NTEK Management has Total Experience and Confidence that If they continue to Execute on their Expanding VISION and Continue to roll up their sleeves and Put their Heads down and Execute with FOCUS and if These Results continue to be Produced by the Management as it seems to be doing month after month after month then NTEK is Going to cross the $1 Level . Right now its not as important when or how quickly the Price crosses $1 BUT KNOWING that Its Headed in exactly that direction. This management is experienced in share structures, and capitalization, and what needs to be done at the FUNDAMENTAL Level for the Price to Follow the Fundamentals and cross $1 and then how the Price will then be taken to above the Level where it attracts and allows the Money managers to BUY NTEK. These things don't happen overnight but that is the direction NTEK is headed In My personal opinion. So if We are not going to anymore treat NTEK like a Penny Stock Company then should we not also try and price NTEK in the Marketplace as a proper High Tech growth Stock. I really believe we have to and we WILL. Its just a matter of time and its ALREADY Started to Happen. Its happening day in and day out in front of your very eyes and you are seeing an appreciation in the price per share of NTEK day after day slow and steady and the price just keeps climbing. Well I Believe that the Slow and steady Price RISE Days are going to end very soon and we will see a Much sharper Price Increase so that we can see NTEK properly priced in the Marketplace. You just saw and if not then you can see all the Reality in the Charts of NTEK and you have seen the Price MORE than TRIPLE In Approximately two weeks starting the End of May 2013 to the Point of Mid June which is when the First ever NTEK Shareholders meeting just Took Place in San Jose, CA. So If You now carefully Watch the Shareholders meeting and Listen to the Words Spoken by the NTEK management and Board Of Directors Like Rudy LX and Al Stone of Nintendo and Sega, YOU Too will become Believers in the Possibilities at NTEK... ..Men who have shown they can take Million dollar companies and help and guide management and BUILD them To Billion dollar companies. These Two Experienced Veterans and others will work alongside CEO J. Foley and David Foley the Sr. technologist and all the Amazing People at NTEK we are being just now exposed to after the roll out of the Shareholders meeting and Literally ALL THINGS BECOME POSSIBLE WITH NTEK TO THOSE OF US INVESTORS WHO BELIEVE So Lets just take ONE thing ..ONE FACT Now. The Number of shares we found at the shareholders meeting 06-15-13 was now further being reduced by another 68 Million shares which will make the Outstanding shares Float go to 477 Million. Remember, there had already been a reduction by Management of 238 MILLION Shares that had been retired to Treasury. So Lets look at the 477 Million Outstanding shares Number and by the way Management has already added over $2.2 Million to market Cap before even the Monday Morning Opening Bell By their Action and follow through of this Latest Announcement that 68 Million shares will be retired in next 90 days. Everything this Management says, this management DOES. Now Look at the Projected Gross Revenues Numbers By Management. Remember that this company just exited R & D late last year and then already exceeded first Q revenue Numbers bu 37% and now clearly are exceeding Q2 Revenue Numbers and I believe they will continue to OUTPERFORM at every Level. I mean Friends Look at just the 4K NP-1 and soon coming NP-2 Player and the fact that NTEK is the FIRST To Market in this arena and they are already thinking how well Positioned they want to be at both a Pricing Point and TIMING and even after some of the Bigger Corporate names start to enter, NTEK will remain ahead of the Curve and have Content ready .....I mean Just Listen to the Management Speak on how SIGNIFICANT 4K Is going to be and why its going to be the BUZZ Word in the coming Months. Do You think its Good ..Its Important..its Critical.....to see a Company execute like this and to see their Revenues Go from $237,000 to $800000 or Above Q2 and do you think they have shown us they will in most likelihood continue to out perform and give us upside surprises? Ok so they are Outperforming and we have seen this. They are Real and they are Executing, and they had the shareholders meeting , and their Stock price is Going up almost every single day. I Mean TODAY ...After looking at all the facts..After Seeing everything and Deciding that NTEK has Nothing in common with Penny stock companies ..Not the products, Not the revenues, not the charts, not the management...Everything About NTEK REVELATIONS tells us that this is a VERY RARE Situation We have Found here. OK so Enough said on the Credibility of NTEK and the REALITY or NTEK and The POSSIBILITIES At NTEK You DECIDE what and If You believe because You will make the RIGHT Choices For Yourself ONLY when You believe and based on What You Believe I cant make you believe and its not my desire or intention to make you do anything. Everything I do , I do it with a Spirit to express to you what I see and what I Believe and I am a Shareholder and a total believer in NTEK OK Let me leave you with this Thought. So lets Assume That NTEK delivers on their revenues Figures for 12 Months since we can SEE that they OVER DELIVERED in Q1 and Q2, and Management SAID at the Shareholders meeting, " We are expecting to be Profitable in Q3" In Other words Q3 Will be Profitable. So Ntek is saying in above mentioned Outline of Monthly Gross revenue projections that their 12 Month Total Gross revenues will be just Over $8,000,000. They have after this latest reduction and retirement to Treasury , the Potential Outstanding shares Number at 477,000,000. So on a Gross revenues Calculation basis we are looking at .0168 in earnings and Yes I realize this is not being based on a Net earnings after expenses Number That's a simple Calculation Right? What Multiple would you like to assign to NTEK? 8,10,12, 15, 20? What Multiple do you feel NTEK deserves after seeing all the facts and Figures and after seeing the shareholders meeting and after all your Due diligence. NTEK Should Be at Between Approximately 15 and 50 cents and I Believe that the Price per share will continue to Rise Upward from the closing Price last Friday 06-14-13 of $.0315 and NTEK will continue to go to Higher Grounds and Investors continue to see ACTUAL and FACTUAL RESULTS and NUMBERS and ANNOUNCEMENTS of Key relationships Like the Recent Hanover House Announcement, that the Price Multiples will Expand as Confidence Expands and Increases and as revenues Expand and Increase. Now remember, I am not thinking or saying and neither do I have the Ability or Foresight to predict anything but my Current Breath that the Price should or could go to or Be at any certain level. What I am saying is that I Believe ...My personal Opinion....is that the Price per share of NTEK should not and does not belong at these Grossly Undervalued levels of just over 3 cents. They were Not meant to be at the 1 or 2 cent levels just over two weeks ago either my friends. So what changed to justify a Threefold Increase of 1 cent to over 3 cents in Daily day by day consistent stable Buying and more buying and more accumulating and on and on upward increases in NTEK prices. What changed was Perception Is Becoming REALITY. Confidence is Increasing. Management is becoming more REAL. The Results are becoming more REAL. So what I am saying is even though I cant tell you or predict for myself what the Price will do Monday or next week or next month or where the price will be at a certain time , I can tell You that I Believe that the price will continue to Adjust UPWARDS as the P/E Multiples as Expressed By the Level of Investor Confidence Continues to Increase. So will the NTEK price go to 15 cents and then 20 cents . I believe it will And that's why I am a Buyer, Accumulator and Long term Holder of NTEK Shares.
