I'm not sure I follow. They're simply filing it with OTC Markets, right? Which is a for profit organization. It might mean that they drop a tier on the OTC, but only until they file. Doesn't mean much. Just like the filings, being unaudited. For KMAG to be taken seriously, they're going to have to do something. Maybe they could even get the SEC out of their hair.
