Is Tbowie one of the bankruptcy petitioners? He/she posted a sticky (post # 60079) on iFib yesterday that misleading and full of conjecture.
As far as this new lawsuit I hope they pay it off quickly to avoid bad publicity. Then pursue any legal remedies if applicable.
